The licensee hereby agrees to:

• Identify an Additional Evaluation Contact.
• Assess the Software against the entered selection criteria (below) to enable a purchasing decision to be made.
• Inform QA Systems of the outcome of the evaluation within 2 weeks of license expiry, including your assessment against the entered selection criteria for proceeding with a purchase or deciding not to do so. This can be done using the evaluation feedback form (which will be available from the license delivery email).
