Access the Cantata Documentation System

Enter your company email address and Cantata licence number to receive your login credentials by email. The same credentials can also be used to access Cantata updates from the Eclipse interface.

By submitting this form, your email and licence number will be sent to QA Systems' support system to verify your licence and issue login credentials. See our privacy policy for details.

Where can I find my licence number?

Cantata licence numbers follow the format CTAxxxx for maintained users and EVxxxx for evaluation customers.

Your Cantata licence number can be found in:

  • Licence email: in the subject line of the email containing your licence.
  • Cantata: Go to Help > Cantata > View Licence Information.
  • Licence file: In the text of your received licence file.
