Creo Medical’s Croma Advanced Energy Platform

Cantata has been used successfully since the inception of the CROMA Generator product, an electrosurgical unit that delivers bipolar radiofrequency power for the purpose of cutting and microwave power for the purpose of coagulating tissue to staunch bleeding vessels, in 2013. At the time of tool selection, Creo Medical required an independently certified automated unit testing tool to verify their software under IEC 62304.
